Code of Conduct

By using our Software, you agree to respect other players and respect the atmosphere and rules involved in our Games and on our Site. In addition to the rules below, we ask that you be generally courteous to other players and to the WinBackgammon.com staff.

Language

Please do not use rude, abusive, foul, or otherwise offensive language on our chat boards. Players who violate this rule will have their accounts suspended as deemed necessary by the WinBackgammon staff.

Slander

You are not permitted to make any untrue, malicious, or damaging comments about WinBackgammon in any public media or forum

Account Responsibility

Your WinBackgammon Account is your sole responsibility, and you are obligated to keep your Account Name and Password secret and confidential. You will be held responsible for the actions of any third party using your account.

If you believe that your Account Name and/or password has in any way been compromised, you should notify the support team at WinBackgammon immediately.

If you have lost your Account Name or password, contact WinBackgammon at support@WinBackgammon.com to retrieve the lost information. The information will be sent to the email address listed in your account. It is your sole responsibility to update us regarding any changes in your contact information.

Fraud

WinBackgammon.com offers its Software and Games for those wishing to play skillgames online in a friendly environment. You may not use your WinBackgammon Account in any fraudulent manner. If you are found to have cheated or attempted to defraud WinBackgammon or any other user of any of the Games in any way including but not limited to game manipulation or payment fraud, or if WinBackgammon suspects you of fraudulent payment, including use of stolen credit cards, or any other fraudulent activity (including any chargeback or other reversal of a payment) or prohibited transaction (including money laundering), WinBackgammon reserves the right to suspend and/or close your Account and to share this information (together with your identity) with other online gaming sites, banks, credit card companies, and appropriate law enforcement agencies.

Security Review

In our constant efforts to maintain a high level of security and integrity in the system, WinBackgammon reserves the right to conduct periodic, random security reviews, in order to verify your identity, age, and other data, as well as to analyze your play for evidence of potential breaches of these Terms and Conditions or other agreements.

In some cases, WinBackgammon may ask for additional information, including, but not limited to, ordering a credit report or otherwise verifying the data against other third party databases. In addition, to facilitate these security reviews, you agree to provide such information or documentation as WinBackgammon, at its discretion, may request.
